Culture Chelmsford Work Plan 2026: A plan of our work with Communities and Partners that will be updated regularly during 2026.

Chelmsford Black History Month 2025: A 4 week pop-up at the Law Building in collaboration with New Generation Development Agency (NGDA) and Notting Hill Genesis, during October 2025.

Place Partnership 2025-2027: A collaborative journey of regeneration across Chelmsford through culture.

Culture & Health: A research based programme, supporting community-led grant making to deliver 18 powerful pilot projects across Chelmsford.

Choose Your Chill: Chelmsford’s first community led 1-day Multicultural Festival in collaboration with local partners, attracting 600 visitors, 2024.

Number 11 The Meadows: A pop-up Community Arts Hub supporting 3,500 people through co-curated cultural programming during 2023.
