SPARK! Young Cultural Changemakers

SPARK! is a youth movement making Chelmsford a more creative and fun city for everyone.

Formed in 2022 through the Local Cultural Education Partnership (LCEP), this group of 13-25 year olds lead cultural projects across Chelmsford. They collaborate with our partners to share ideas and make decisions about what’s important to them, other young people and local communities.
