As Programme Manager for Spark!’s Young Cultural Changemakers, you’ll drive a two-year Arts Council England Place Partnership programme co-designed with young people to place their voices at the heart of cultural life in Chelmsford.

You’ll lead complex, high-profile work: co-producing flagship events, shaping best-practice policies, supporting creative workshops, commissioning specialist training, delivering Arts Award activity, and stewarding up to 30 young leaders as they take on real influence across the city.
