Are you passionate about championing creativity, community, and meaningful cultural change? We’re looking for someone to lead Ignite Chelmsford—a vibrant, free network that connects professional creatives, emerging talent, and anyone shaping the cultural life of our district.
In this exciting role, you’ll sit at the heart of Chelmsford’s creative ecosystem. You’ll grow a thriving, inclusive community by delivering a consistent rhythm of high-value engagement: inspiring in-person and online gatherings, opportunities for collaboration and skill-sharing, and standout communications like our e-newsletter.
Your work will create essential platforms for connection, visibility, and advocacy—empowering creative voices and ensuring alignment with Chelmsford’s Cultural Strategy.
We’re seeking someone who is passionate about the creative sector, committed to equitable and inclusive practice, and ideally connected to Chelmsford and its communities.
Ignite Chelmsford is part of Culture Chelmsford, working with partners across the district to spark meaningful, long-lasting cultural impact.
