Opportunity: Freelance Consultant

Culture Chelmsford wishes to appoint a Freelance Consultant(s) to develop a Community Engagement model which can influence a district-wide approach to working with communities.  

Our ambition is set a best practice method of working with communities in Chelmsford resulting in a set of recommendations and an approach that can be shared with the newly formed Cultural Compact having a transformational effect on our city.
