Cultural Connectors
The Cultural Connectors are a trusted network of local people who actively bring their communities together.
They each share our passion for culture and creativity and play a key role in helping to shape and expand access to opportunities in the arts, culture, and heritage across Chelmsford. Their valuable input supports both the delivery of the Cultural Strategy and how we work with our Cultural Partners in co-developing new, community-focused cultural programmes to help Chelmsford thrive.

Supported our Trustee recruitment to diversify the membership of our Board to better represent the voices of the communities we work with.
Supported Spark! to engage district-wide communities within their collaborative Young Cultural Changemakers Programme to increase inclusive cultural decision making, the development of new skills and community cohesion.
