Culture Chelmsford is enabling this to happen in our city. We are an independent charity working in partnership to develop the city’s creative ambition enriching the lives of everyone who lives, works and visits Chelmsford.
We have launched the first district-wide Cultural Strategy for Chelmsford and will work with communities, stakeholders and partners to bring this to life over the next 10 years.
